13 Seconds of Hell (Government School Protest)

On May 3, 2012; Pro-(1)ne is organizing a Government School Protest for Students in Ohio.

This is the anniversary of the Kent State Massacre, which is when the U.S. Government took away student's freedom of speech. So to protest this and the continuous attack on the student's first amendment, students will now fight the Government Funded School Systems with Civil Disobedience by not answering their school official's questions.

To get involved just printout the flyer at the bottom which reads:

"Please be aware, tomorrow the Kent State Massacre happened and it was because of the government. In 13 Seconds, 4 people died; because of this I am protesting this government funded school.

Today, 43 years ago; Governor Rhodes called the Kent State protesters “un-American” and declared Kent State into Martial Law. This Martial Law is the reason for the death of four students.

So I am protesting this Government School by not answering your questions. This Act is protected by my First Amendment in the U.S. Constitution and by the Ohio Constitution (Article 1; Section 3 and 11)

I am not going to answer your questions because you are funded by the Government. So because the Government wanted students silenced in 1970, we are going to be silent and respect their wishes from 43 years ago.”

This flyer supplies you with an excuse you can show all your school officials while you are silent to them.
